Graham Radler

CEO

Graham Radler serves as Chief Executive Officer of Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational execution. He is focused on building a culture grounded in trust, transparency, accountability, and innovation while positioning Baseline as a leading provider of reliable power and energy solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its capabilities, strengthened long-term customer partnerships, and established a reputation for operational excellence across demanding and mission-critical environments.

Graham brings a diverse professional background spanning energy operations, financial services, and international humanitarian work. Prior to leading Baseline, his career included offshore oil platform operations, financial services experience on Wall Street, and humanitarian initiatives in South Sudan. This combination of operational, financial, and leadership experience has shaped his practical, results-oriented approach to business and organizational growth.

Graham was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Kevin Palma / CFO

Kevin Palma

CFO

Kevin Palma serves as Chief Financial Officer of Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and capital structure initiatives in support of Baseline’s continued growth across its Commercial & Industrial platform and Oil & Gas operations. In addition to overseeing corporate finance, Kevin leads the company’s shared services functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, information technology, human resources, and supply chain operations.

Kevin brings extensive leadership experience across energy, private equity, and operational management. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a private equity fund focused on energy investments, primarily within the oilfield services sector. He previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for both the private equity fund and its affiliated family office, representing the fund’s largest limited partner. Throughout his career, Kevin has provided strategic oversight and governance through board positions with Caliber Completion Services, Silver Creek Exploration III, and Crest Pumping Technologies.

Kevin completed executive education at Harvard Business School and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.

Brian Green / President, Oil and Gas

Brian Green serves as President, Oil & Gas, for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s Oil & Gas division with responsibility for operational performance, strategic growth, safety, and customer delivery. He works closely with field leadership, commercial teams, and support functions to strengthen Baseline’s market position while delivering reliable, cost-effective power solutions for customers operating in demanding environments.

Brian brings extensive leadership experience in the energy industry, with a background in operational performance, business growth, and customer-focused execution. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened field operations, and delivered disciplined business results across complex operating environments. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin.

Matt Chapman / SVP, Head of Operations

Matt Chapman

SVP, Head of Operations

Matt Chapman serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Operations, for Baseline
Energy Services, where he leads the company’s operational strategy and
execution across field services, maintenance, and fleet performance. He focuses
on driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, building scalable
systems, and supporting Baseline’s continued growth while ensuring safe,
reliable, and efficient service delivery for customers.

Matt brings a diverse leadership background spanning military aviation,
technical operations, and business management. Prior to joining Baseline, he
served as a UH-60 Black Hawk Standardization Instructor and Crew Chief in the
U.S. Army, where he developed expertise in leadership, operational discipline,
precision execution, and complex systems management. Following his military
service, he led a nationwide team of Project Managers and Technical Specialists
in the event production industry, where he developed the industry’s first
Technical Standards program and implemented standardized processes to
improve operational consistency and scalability.

Matt studied Business Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and
continues to pursue professional development focused on Lean Six Sigma
methodologies, operational excellence, and leadership development.

Josh Mueggenborg / VP, Head of Sales

Josh Mueggenborg

VP, Head of Sales

Josh serves as VP, Sales – Oil & Gas for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads sales strategy, business development efforts, and customer relationship initiatives across the oil and gas market. He is focused on driving growth, strengthening long-term partnerships, and delivering reliable, practical solutions tailored to the demands of customers’ operations. Guided by his values of faith, family, and hard work, Josh’s leadership is defined by integrity, accountability, and a customer-first commitment to building trusted, long-term relationships.

Josh brings more than seventeen years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a background spanning sales leadership, business development, operations management, and regional market growth across every major oil basin with all major operators and service company. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Vice President of Sales / Energy for Pilot Thomas Logistics, where he led large sales teams, supported significant revenue growth, and managed customer relationships across key energy-producing markets.

Josh attended the University of Central Oklahoma and has developed extensive expertise in energy services, sales leadership, customer relationship management, and business development throughout his career.

Alex Flournoy / VP, Business Development – Oil & Gas

Alex Flournoy serves as Vice President of Business Development for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s business development strategy, customer engagement efforts, and market expansion initiatives. He is focused on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering energy solutions that support the evolving needs of customers across the oil and gas industry.

Alex brings more than fifteen years of experience in business development, sales, operations, and petroleum engineering. Since joining Baseline in 2018, he has held progressive leadership roles supporting the company’s growth across multiple regions and markets. Prior to Baseline, he held commercial and technical sales positions with J-W Power Company and CSI Compressco, where he worked closely with upstream and midstream operators to develop compression and production optimization solutions. Throughout his career, he has built strong industry relationships and helped customers address complex operational challenges through reliable, value-driven energy solutions.

Alex studied Petroleum Engineering at Louisiana State University. His combination of technical expertise, commercial leadership, and industry experience supports Baseline’s continued growth and customer-focused approach.

Misty Ingle / VP, Optimization & Analytics

Misty Ingle

VP, Optimization & Analytics

Misty Ingle serves as Vice President of Optimization & Analytics for Baseline Energy Services, where she leads the company’s data strategy, business intelligence initiatives, and process optimization efforts. She is focused on enhancing system integration, improving reporting capabilities, and leveraging data-driven insights to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Misty brings more than twenty years of experience spanning sales, operations, engineering, and executive leadership within the energy and industrial industries. Prior to joining Baseline, she served as Chief Revenue Officer for American Power Innovations and previously as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TOPS LLC, where she helped drive significant growth, implement integrated business systems, and support the company’s successful acquisition by Archrock. Her experience includes CRM implementation, data integration, automation, analytics, and cross-functional process improvement.

Misty holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Her technical, commercial, and operational background supports her focus on optimizing business performance and driving organizational success.

Cory Smith / VP, Supply Chain and Fleet

Cory Smith

VP, Supply Chain and Fleet

Cory Smith serves as Vice President of Supply Chain and Fleet for Baseline Energy
Services, where he leads the company’s procurement, sourcing, inventory, fleet,
and broader supply chain strategy. He is focused on building scalable processes,
strengthening supplier partnerships, optimizing fleet operations, and ensuring
the efficient delivery of equipment and services that support Baseline’s continued
growth.

Cory brings more than thirty years of experience across the oil and gas services
and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Director of
Supply Chain Management for Black Mountain Sand and held leadership
positions with Pilot Thomas Logistics and Halliburton. Throughout his career, he
has built and transformed supply chain organizations across procurement,
materials, logistics, sourcing, and pricing, helping organizations improve
operational efficiency, strengthen supplier performance, and support strategic
growth across complex operating environments.

Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Business Administration
from Tarleton State University. His extensive experience in supply chain
leadership and operational management supports Baseline’s commitment to
delivering reliable solutions and exceptional customer service.

Brad Worley / VP, Technology and Project Management

Brad Worley

VP, Technology and Project Management

Brad Worley serves as Vice President, Technology and Project Management, for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s technology transformation through portfolio and project management, process improvement, system selection and integration, enterprise applications, and data-driven initiatives. He focuses on strengthening Baseline’s technology infrastructure, improving business processes, supporting system scalability, and leveraging data, automation, and artificial intelligence to accelerate innovation, improve decision-making, and support the company’s continued growth.

Brad brings extensive experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and portfolio management across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Baseline, he held senior IT leadership roles with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, where he led domestic and offshore teams and supported large-scale business transformation initiatives. His experience includes enterprise systems, cloud strategy, business intelligence, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, vendor management, and technology-enabled process improvement.

Brad holds a degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is a Project Management Professional and holds certifications in Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, compensation, and benefits.

Coty Greer / Director of Reliability and Quality

Coty Greer

Director of Reliability and Quality

Coty Greer serves as Director of Reliability & Quality for Baseline Energy Services,
where he leads initiatives focused on equipment reliability, quality standards,
maintenance programs, and operational performance. He is responsible for
developing processes and programs that support safe, efficient, and dependable
operations while helping ensure consistent service delivery across the
organization.

Coty brings more than thirty years of experience in natural gas compression, field
operations, asset management, and environmental compliance. Prior to joining
Baseline, he held multiple leadership roles with Enerflex, including Director of
Asset Management and Environmental Compliance and Director of Field
Operations. Throughout his career, he has led fleet reliability programs,
maintenance initiatives, emissions compliance efforts, and operational teams
across multiple regions, helping organizations improve performance, reliability,
and customer satisfaction.

Coty’s extensive experience across technical, operational, and leadership roles
provides a practical perspective on maintaining high standards of reliability,
quality, and operational excellence.

Gaines Kilpatrick / Director of Business Development, C&I – Data Centers

Gaines Kilpatrick

Director of Business Development, C&I – Data Centers

Gaines Kilpatrick serves as Director of Business Development, C&I – Data Centers for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads business development initiatives for data center and large-load power projects. He is focused on developing scalable, infrastructure-aligned power solutions that help customers meet growing energy demands while supporting long-term growth across commercial and industrial markets.

Gaines brings more than twenty years of experience spanning land planning, infrastructure development, business development, and strategic investments. An investor in Baseline for more than twelve years prior to joining the company, he brings a unique understanding of the organization’s growth strategy and long-term vision. Throughout his career, he has developed growth strategies, built strategic partnerships, managed complex projects across the energy, infrastructure, and real estate industries, and completed more than $500 million in transactions across thirteen states.

Gaines holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, where he also earned a Business Foundations Certificate from the McCombs School of Business. He has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1999.

Ashley Overton / Director of Health, Safety & Environmental

Ashley Overton

Director of Health, Safety & Environmental

Ashley Overton serves as Director of Health, Safety & Environmental for Baseline Energy Services, where she leads HSE strategy, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. She is focused on strengthening safety performance, advancing environmental practices, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.

Ashley brings more than nineteen years of HSE experience, including over a decade in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Baseline, she served as North America Regional EHSS Manager for Dura-Line and spent more than seven years with Pioneer Natural Resources in progressive HSE roles. Her experience includes program development, compliance, process improvement, organizational change management, and building strong safety cultures across energy and manufacturing environments.

Ashley holds an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and attended Purdue for Business Administration. She also completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Principles certifications through Purdue University and holds ESP and CSHO credentials from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Noel Smith serves as Director of Human Resources for Baseline Energy Services, where she leads human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational support. She is responsible for establishing scalable HR programs and frameworks that support compliance, workforce development, and operational excellence across the organization. Noel partners closely with company leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits strategy, and leadership development initiatives that support Baseline’s continued growth.

Noel brings more than a decade of human resources experience across the energy and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Baseline, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager for Pilot Thomas Logistics and held HR leadership roles with Brakebush Chicken and AZZ Incorporated. Her experience includes talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, leadership development, compliance, and workforce planning.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Texas Woman’s University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She remains committed to advancing people-focused programs that support employee engagement, leadership development, and long-term organizational success.

His role includes strengthening proposal development, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and driving process improvements across the Solutions organization.

Nate brings more than twenty years of leadership experience spanning operations, sales, business process management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Vice President of Solutions for Global Power Supply, where he led initiatives involving inventory optimization, pricing strategy, process improvement, and Salesforce-driven business systems. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and improved collaboration across sales, engineering, finance, and operations.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His background in commercial leadership, operations, and solution development supports Baseline’s work delivering practical power solutions for complex customer needs.
